Here is a delicious cherry cake recipe
Ingredients:
1 jar of cherries in syrup
1 can of condensed milk
1 measure of liquid milk
3 eggs
1 cup of oil
3 cups of wheat flour
1 spoon of baking powder
1 cup of confectioner's sugar
Preparation method:
Prepare the cherries: Set aside the syrup and blend the cherries in a blender with the condensed milk, milk, eggs and oil.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, add the sifted flour and baking powder little by little, mixing well.
Bake the cake: Pour the batter into a greased rectangular pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the frosting: Mix the cherry syrup with the confectioner's sugar and spread over the unmolded cake.
