 Fried meatballs Recipe 😊🍷


Ingredients


500g ground beef (beef or pork mix)


2 eggs


1 small onion, chopped


3 tablespoons breadcrumbs


1 tablespoon chopped parsley


1 pinch of oregano


1 pinch of garlic powder


Wheat flour (1 to 2 tablespoons, if necessary, to bind)


Salt and pepper to taste


Oil for frying





Preparation


In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley and seasonings.


If the mixture is too soft, add a little flour until it is firm enough to shape.


Shape into walnut-sized balls and, if desired, coat them in more breadcrumbs to make them crispy.


Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meatballs until evenly browned.


Remove and drain on paper towels.


Serve with mashed potatoes, white rice or even as a snack with a sauce on the side.
