Fried Chicken Recipe ππππ·
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs and drumsticks
3 crushed garlic cloves
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 cup of water
Wheat flour for breading
Oil for frying (soybean, sunflower or canola)
Preparation method
Season the chicken with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the milk, water and egg. Dip the chicken pieces in this mixture.
In a plastic bag, place the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and shake well to coat.
Heat plenty of oil in a deep pan. When hot, deep fry the chicken until golden brown (about 5 to 7 minutes per side).
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm!
