Delicious pineapple dessert




Ingredients:


150g sugar


1 large can of pineapple


1 packet of pineapple gelatin


6 egg yolks


4 dl cream


8 gelatin sheets


Oil for greasing





Preparation:


Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Drain the pineapple, reserve the syrup and cut it into small pieces.


Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, pour into a previously greased loaf tin and add half of the pineapple. Refrigerate until solid.


Pour the pineapple syrup into a saucepan, add the egg yolks and sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from the heat, add the drained gelatin sheets, stir well until dissolved and leave to cool.


In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff and mix with the previous mixture. Add the remaining pineapple, mix again, arrange on top of the gelatin in the mold and refrigerate until completely cooled.


Then unmold and serve decorated as desired.
