Delicious Grilled Meat with French Fries and Salad Recipe π·π

For the meat:
4 steaks (sirloin, rump or other cut of your choice)
2 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme or parsley)
For the fries:
4 medium potatoes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For the salad:
Lettuce in strips
Tomato in slices
Sliced cucumber
Grated carrot
Corn and olives (optional)
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to season
π₯ Preparation method
Season the meat with garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the steaks on a hot grill or frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
Assemble the salad with the fresh ingredients and season with olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
Serve everything together, with a squeeze of lemon on top of the meat and a smile on your face π
