 Chocolate cake in the air fryer


Ingredients for the dough


1 cup of oil


1 cup of whole milk


3 eggs


2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour


1 and 1/2 cups of sugar


1/2 cup of chocolate powder (or chocolate powder)


1 tablespoon of baking powder (cake yeast)


Ingredients for the frosting


1/2 cup of chocolate powder (or chocolate powder)


1 cup of sugar


2 tablespoons of butter


1/2 cup of whole milk






Preparation method


Gather all the ingredients;


In a bowl, place all the ingredients for the dough and mix well, with a wire whisk, until a homogeneous mass is formed;


Transfer to a greased and floured round pan (that fits in the fryer) and place in the air fryer preheated to 160ºC for about 20 minutes;

Remove from the electric fryer, let it cool and unmold. Set aside;

In a pan, place all the topping ingredients and mix well;

Place over medium heat and stir well for 10 minutes or until thickened;

Pour over the cake and serve. Enjoy!
