White Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
180 g white chocolate
225 g flour
225 g sugar
10 g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
125 g butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs M
225 ml milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Melt the NESTLÉ DESSERTS white chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat the butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the eggs, one by one, and the vanilla extract and beat simultaneously.
Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt and add in three stages, alternating with the milk. Mix everything very well.
Add the white chocolate and beat everything.
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake for approximately 35 minutes and cover with aluminum foil. Turn off the oven and leave for another 20 minutes.
Use a toothpick to make sure the cake is cooked.
Unmold and let cool.
