 Tuna steak with lemon and herbs Recipe


Ingredients


tuna steak

480 g (4 units)

lime

2 units

salt

1 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

chopped parsley

1 tbsp

chopped cilantro

1 tbsp

5 peppercorns

1 tbsp






Preparation


Step 1

Season the tuna steaks with the juice of 1 lemon, the salt, the garlic powder and half of the olive oil. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a grill with the remaining olive oil. When it is very hot, cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 3

Serve with chopped parsley and cilantro, a little pepper, the remaining lemon juice (reserve a few slices for garnish).

Step 4

Accompany with a salad.
