Spice Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 can of Traditional Condensed Milk
125 g of butter
225 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of spice mix
Preparation
Pour the condensed milk into a pan, add the butter and heat, stirring constantly, until the butter melts.
Remove from the heat. Pour the flour, salt, spices and yeast into a bowl.
Add the previously beaten eggs and the condensed milk with butter and stir until you get a sticky dough.
Pour the dough into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees for 1 hour.
Check the doneness with a toothpick and, if it is cooked, remove, unmold and let cool.
It is delicious with jams, butter or cheese.
