Ingredients


250 g spaghetti

50 g chorizo ​​(meat)

3 eggs

3 dl milk

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon margarine

2 cubes of MAGGI Chicken Broth






Preparation


Cook the spaghetti (10 minutes) in 8 dl of water in which you dissolved the MAGGI chicken cubes.

Remove and let the spaghetti absorb the broth.

Add the margarine and pour the spaghetti into a baking dish.

Spread the chopped chorizo ​​on top and pour the eggs mixed with the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg over the top.

Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake until the surface is golden brown.
