Spaghetti Pie Recipe
Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
50 g chorizo (meat)
3 eggs
3 dl milk
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon margarine
2 cubes of MAGGI Chicken Broth
Preparation
Cook the spaghetti (10 minutes) in 8 dl of water in which you dissolved the MAGGI chicken cubes.
Remove and let the spaghetti absorb the broth.
Add the margarine and pour the spaghetti into a baking dish.
Spread the chopped chorizo on top and pour the eggs mixed with the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg over the top.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake until the surface is golden brown.
