Sandwich with turkey breast, salad and egg
Ingredients
1 bagel
4 tablespoons of coleslaw (cabbage and carrot salad)
2 slices of smoked turkey breast
1 egg
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
parsley to taste
Preparation
Boil the egg in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove, rinse in cold water and peel. Cut the bread in half (horizontally) and spread the coleslaw on the base.
Place the turkey breast slices on top.
Grate the hard-boiled egg and place on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Fill the sandwich with the other half. It's ready!
