 Salmon Skewers with Lemon Recipe


Ingredients


3 tbsp MAGGI Sauce

600 g salmon fillets (skinless and boneless)

3 lemons

3 tbsp sesame seeds

1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 clove of garlic







Preparation


Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and then mix with the ginger, garlic (chopped), olive oil, sugar, sesame seeds and MAGGI sauce

Wash the remaining lemons and cut them into very thin slices.

Cut the salmon into cubes of the same size and then prepare the skewers with the salmon and the thin slices of lemon alternately.

Drain the skewers with the mixture prepared previously and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, turning them over after the first 15 minutes.

In a preheated grill pan, cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes, basting again with the marinade.

Serve hot. As a suggestion, accompany with sautéed vegetables and white rice.
