Rabbit with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
1 rabbit
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon margarine
150 g streaky pork bacon
100 g mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1 lemon
2 portions chopped parsley
1 cube of MAGGI Chicken Stock
Preparation
Brown the chopped rabbit and the bacon in strips in the olive oil and margarine.
Sprinkle with flour, let brown and add a little water.
When boiling, add the MAGGI chicken cube, season and cook over low heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms, lemon juice and parsley to the almost ready sauce.
Let cook a little longer and serve with spaghetti cooked in the MAGGI chicken cube.
