Pizza wrap gratin Recipe
Ingredients
4 wheat (or corn) tortillas
200 ml tomato pulp
salt to taste
pepper to taste
oregano (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
150 g grated mozzarella
4 slices of ham
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
On top (optional):
basil leaves
Preparation
Tomato sauce:
In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
Place a tortilla on a plate. Then, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce in the center.
Completely cover the sauce with about 3 tablespoons of mozzarella. On top, the slice of ham.
Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center.
Now roll it up from one end. Note that the tortilla must be closed.
Repeat the process with the remaining wraps. Place the 4 wraps on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take them out and cut them into two or three pieces, depending on the size of the tortillas.
Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with the remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
Remove from the oven. If you prefer, garnish with basil. It's ready. Enjoy!
