Orange and Condensed Milk Cake with Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (370g) of condensed milk
120g of champagne stick biscuits (9 units)
3 medium eggs
300g of fresh, washed strawberries
100ml of orange juice
100ml of brandy
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Spread the champagne sticks in a 20x28cm rectangular baking dish. Mix the brandy and orange juice and pour over the sticks.
Spread the strawberries cut into pieces over the sticks.
Beat the milk and eggs in a bowl. Spread over the previous mixture.
Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Can be eaten warm, at room temperature or cold.
