No-bake pudding Recipe


Ingredients


Syrup 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of water Pudding 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of cream 1 can of milk (the same amount as the can of condensed milk) 1 packet of unflavored gelatin.




Preparation

 Syrup Place the sugar and water in a pan. Using a spatula, dissolve the sugar in the water so that it caramelizes evenly. Turn the heat to medium and cook until it reaches an amber color. Do not stir during this process. This will prevent the sugar from crystallizing. Pudding Dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water, mixing well. Then place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Place the hydrated and dissolved gelatin in the blender with all the ingredients and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour the contents of the blender into the mold, on top of the syrup. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Then just unmold and serve.
