 Marinated chicken thighs in the oven Recipe


Ingredients


2 chicken thighs

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt

pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon aromatic herbs

1 clove of garlic





Preparation


Pour the olive oil into the Pyrex dish, add salt and pepper, smoked paprika, herbs and 1 crushed garlic clove.

Place the two chicken thighs on top.


Close the container and shake to distribute the marinade evenly.


*If you don't have an airtight glass container, mix everything in a gratin dish and cover with plastic wrap.


Let the chicken rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then remove the lid/plastic wrap and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
