Homemade Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
500 milliliters of fresh cream
salt to taste
How to make homemade butter:
Place the chilled fresh cream in the food processor.
Blend for 10 minutes, until the liquid separates from the butter.
Place only the butter in a bowl, discard the water and “wash” your butter with clean water - the cleaner it is, the longer it will last in the refrigerator.
Dry with a clean dish towel or paper towel.
Season with salt to taste and place in your favorite butter dish. Your homemade butter is ready!
