Grilled Fig, Ham and Parmesan Salad Recipe
Ingredients
4 figs
1 tablespoon butter
100 g arugula
100 g very thinly sliced ham
50 g parmesan
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
fleur de sel to taste
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped walnut kernels
Preparation
Cut the figs in half and set aside.
In a frying pan, melt the butter. When melted, add the figs, cut side down. Cook for about 4 minutes until caramelized. Set aside.
In a salad bowl or on 2 individual plates, place the arugula and then the ham slices torn in half.
Add the parmesan flakes and finally the figs.
Season with honey, olive oil and fleur de sel.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the salad.
