Gorgonzola sauce, an irresistible classic! Recipe
Ingredients
15 g butter
15 g wheat flour
80 ml milk
100 g gorgonzola cheese (sweet)
pepper
Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add the milk and flour (best sifted to avoid lumps). Stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the gorgonzola cheese cut into small pieces. Lower the heat and stir until the cheese is well incorporated.
Add the pepper and mix well.
The gorgonzola sauce is ready! Enjoy your meal.
