Condensed Milk Buns Recipe


Ingredients


100 g of condensed milk

50 g of butter at room temperature

75 ml of milk at room temperature

15 g of baker's yeast

3 medium eggs

1 teaspoon of salt

370 g of brioche bread flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract









Preparation


Dissolve the baker's yeast in the warm milk.

Form a sort of volcano with the flour mixed with the salt.

In the center, add the butter cut into cubes, the condensed milk, 2 lightly beaten eggs, the vanilla and the yeast dissolved in the milk.

Knead everything very well until you obtain an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl greased with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap, also greased with olive oil, and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.

Remove the dough from the bowl and divide into 9 equal portions. Shape into 9 balls and place each portion in a rectangular pan (you can make smaller rolls without placing them in pans).


Cover the pan with a tea towel and let the dough rest again until it doubles in size again.


Beat an egg and brush the surface with it.


Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake for approximately 15 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, cover the pan with aluminum foil to prevent the dough from burning on the surface.


After it has cooled a little, remove it from the pan with a silicone spatula and let it cool.
