Chocolate Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/3 cup fine sugar
60 g NESQUIK Extra Choc Green symbol
1 teaspoon baking soda
75 g Dark Chocolate
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter
icing sugar to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa and baking soda. In another bowl, mix the milk, butter and egg. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, mix well and add the chopped chocolate. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a small non-stick frying pan greased with a little oil. Pour a ladle of the previous mixture. When bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, turn it over and cook for a few more seconds.
Repeat the previous step until the batter is finished. You can store the pancakes already made in the oven heated to 100ºC, only while you cook the other pancakes.
Serve the pancakes sprinkled with powdered sugar, honey or chocolate syrup to taste.
