 Chicken Curry Recipe


Ingredients


2 chicken breasts

1 cup frozen peas

1 leek

1 small red pepper

chopped coriander

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 glass white wine





Preparation


Cut the chicken breasts into strips and the leek into slices. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and then cut them into slices.

Open the MAGGI Chicken Curry package, remove the bag and open it, place a layer of chicken, then add a little seasoning, then a little peas, leek and chili pepper, a little more seasoning and so on until the ingredients are gone.

Sprinkle with coriander and add the wine and olive oil, mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 35 minutes. Serve the chicken curry with rice. Recipe by Margarida Magalhães.
