Caramel Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
800 ml milk or plant-based drink
Orange peel to taste
Lemon peel
6 eggs
150 g sugar
Caramel to taste
Preparation
Boil the milk with the lemon and orange peels. Once boiling, remove from heat.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk. Line an individual mold with caramel and pour in the previous mixture. Bake in a bain-marie in the oven for 40 minutes at 160ºC.
