Brisket in the pressure cooker
Ingredients
1 kg of brisket
3 beef or rump steaks
6 large onions, sliced

In the pressure cooker, place half of the sliced onions.

Place the brisket on top of the onions.

Add the beef broth and top up with the remaining onions.

Cover the pressure cooker and leave on the heat for at least 1 hour.

Then, release the pressure, place in a serving dish and serve.
