Bread of God Recipe


Ingredients


60 g Powdered Milk

350 ml warm water

15 g baker's yeast

650 g flour

120 g sugar

100 g softened butter

2 eggs

1 lemon zest to taste

1 fine salt to taste

100 g coconut

100 g sugar

3 eggs

1 powdered sugar to taste




Preparation


Dissolve the baker's yeast in a little warm water, add 150g flour and the eggs one by one.

Separately dissolve the Molico powdered milk with the remaining water, add the sugar, softened butter, lemon zest and the remaining flour. Mix both mixtures and knead until you get a homogeneous dough.

Separate it into individual balls, place them on a baking sheet and let them rest until they approximately double in size.

For the topping: Mix the coconut, sugar and eggs. After rising, place a little coconut topping on the bread and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC.
