Very soft condensed milk cake
A simple and soft cake. For breakfast, dessert or simply when you feel like it
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (400 g)
4 eggs
120 g (8 tablespoons) of wheat flour
50 g (1/4 cup) melted butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Use the mixer: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the condensed milk. It may take a while to reach the thick consistency of condensed milk.
Then add the melted butter, flour and yeast and beat until the dough is smooth.
Grease the pan. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 160°C.
Note: Depending on the power of the oven, the cake may be ready sooner. Always do the wooden toothpick or fork test. The toothpick should come out clean.
