 Tomato Rice Recipe


Ingredients


250 g of Carolina rice

3 medium tomatoes

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

750 ml hot water

1 bay leaf

olive oil q.s.

parsley q.s.

salt to taste







Preparation


Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the bay leaf, chopped onion and garlic.

Add the chopped tomato, peeled and seeded, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the rice and let it fry a little. Add water and season with salt. Let the rice cook.

When cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
