 Sweet biscuit with condensed milk Recipe

Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

2 cans of regular milk

4 egg yolks

lemon peel

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 packet of Maria biscuits (butter biscuits)

1 box of cream / sour cream

2 tablespoons of sugar

biscuits q.s. to decorate

Preparation

Mix the milk, starch, egg yolks and lemon peel in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

In a bowl, arrange layers of cream and biscuit, with the last layer being cream.

Let it cool.

Whip the cream with the sugar and pour over the cream.

Refrigerate. When serving, decorate with crushed biscuits.
