Spaghetti with Tuna Recipe
Ingredients
Spaghetti noodles q.s.:
2 cans of tuna;
1 onion;
2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
black pepper to taste;
olive oil to taste;
1 boiled egg
Preparation
Cook the pasta in water seasoned with salt and a few drops of olive oil.
In another pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil, when it becomes translucent add the drained tuna and mix well with the onion. Season with pepper, add the tomato pulp and cook for 5 minutes, adding 1 dl of water if necessary.
Wrap the tuna in the dough and add the boiled egg cut into pieces.
