 Spaghetti with Mushroom Cream Recipe


Ingredients


1 Chicken Broth cube Greener symbol

300 ml evaporated milk or milk

350 g spaghetti

50 g chives

2 cloves of garlic

300 g fresh mushrooms

3 c. of olive oil soup

1 c. of flour tea

40 g grated parmesan cheese

2 sprigs of fresh parsley






Preparation


Wash and prepare the mushrooms and parsley and cut into pieces. Chop the chives and garlic.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

In a heated frying pan with olive oil, fry the chives and garlic for 2 minutes over low heat. Then add the mushrooms, increasing the heat a little and let them sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Add the MAGGI Chicken Broth and sprinkle with the flour, evaporated milk or milk and grated cheese. Let it cook for another 2 minutes on low heat.

Add the previously prepared sauce to the spaghetti and serve with parsley to taste.
