Shrimp skewers with sesame / sesame recipe
For an aperitif or that barbecue with friends and family, some sesame/sesame shrimp skewers. If you want even more flavor, brush with soy sauce or eat with sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients
16 shrimp
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
Sesame seeds (sesame)
Preparation
Cut the garlic clove into small pieces and mix with the lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, curry and ginger.
Place the shrimp inside the container with the mixture you prepared previously. Leave to marinate for at least an hour in the fridge/refrigerator.
Chop the shrimp on skewer sticks and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Place the sesame/sesame seeds on a plate and place the skewers on top, on each side to stick well.
Ready!
