 Shrimp broth


Use shrimp heads and shells to make an anti-waste recipe you love: shrimp broth. This broth is easy to prepare and serves to enhance the taste of risottos, paella and stir-fries. Add your special touch to recipes.



Ingredients


400 gr of prawns

1 liter of water





Preparation


Peel the shrimp. Recover the shells and heads.


In a large pan/pan, sauté them in olive oil for about 5 minutes.


Add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and after boiling, cover and simmer/cook for 20 minutes on the fire.


Remove the pan/pan from the heat. Using a pestle, crush the heads in the broth.


Then strain the broth. It's ready...Simple, don't you think?
