 Sautéed bell peppers in olive oil and garlic Recipe




Ingredients


300 g of standard peppers

4 cloves of garlic

1.5 tbsp olive oil

coarse salt q.s.





Preparation


Wash the peppers. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil and let it heat up.

Then add the peppers and garlic cloves and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked and soft.

Remove from heat, pour into a dish along with the frying oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and serve decorated to taste. You can serve it with slices of homemade bread.
