Sausage puff flower
Ingredients
1 puff pastry
4 sausages
1 egg
Preparation
Cut the puff pastry into 4 and roll each sausage in the dough (see the video to help).
Cut each rolled sausage into 10, without cutting until the end. Use some skewers or Chinese toothpicks to serve as a marker (as shown in the video).
Divide into two, 5 on one side and 5 on the other.
Take one half (of 5) and form it into a flower (watch the video to help you with this step).
Don't mind if the flower doesn't look pretty, when you bake it, it will take shape.
Brush each flower with beaten egg and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
Ready to serve! You can eat it warm or cold.
