 Salmon Burger Recipe


Ingredients


250 g salmon

1 c. of breadcrumb soup

1 shallot

salt to taste

pepper to taste






Preparation


Cut the salmon into very small pieces.

In a bowl, add the finely chopped onion and breadcrumbs. Get your hands dirty and mix everything together.

Shape into a hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Cook the hamburgers in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato or on a plate with rice and salad!
