Red Wine Sangria Recipe

 Red Wine Sangria Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 liter of sangria

0.75 l red wine

0.20 l of soda (most recommended) or 7up or Sprite

100 gr. of brown sugar

1 large orange cut into pieces

1 lemon cut into pieces

1 apple cut into pieces

1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

1. On a large enough surface (a jar that has a capacity of 1.5 l, as you will need more space for the fruit), place the cut fruit.

2. Add the sugar

3. Add the wine and stir the entire mixture until the sugar dissolves.

4. Place the cinnamon stick

5. Refrigerate for at least one hour, so that the essential step can be completed: the wine can take on the flavor of the fruits and become sweeter.

6. When it's time to serve, add the soda. It should not be added before this, so that the sangria is carbonated when served. If placed before, it loses the desirable effect.

7. If it is not cool enough, you can add some ice cubes.

Additional notes:

You can add other ingredients to your taste. A relatively common one is mint, which should be used in moderation (one sprig is more than enough for a liter of sangria), so as not to cancel out the other flavors.
