 Red Fruit Pie Recipe


Ingredients


400 g almonds with skin

20 pitted dates

375 g plain Greek yogurt

2 c. agave syrup soup

Red fruits to taste





Preparation


1.

Crush the almonds with the skin on. Then add the dates and blend again until you obtain a moldable mixture.


2.

Place on a baking sheet and spread evenly. Set aside in the freezer for 10 minutes.


3.

Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the agave syrup. Arrange on the pie base and refrigerate for 1 hour.


4.

Decorate with red fruits before serving.
