 Quick Pineapple and Condensed Milk Cake Yämmi Recipe


Ingredients


4 eggs

1 can of condensed milk (395g)

100 g sunflower oil

200 g flour

1 c. of baking powder tea

Butter for greasing to taste

200 g liquid caramel

1 can of pineapple in syrup






Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In the glass, place the eggs, condensed milk and sunflower oil. Program 1 minute at speed 4.

Insert the mixer over the blade.

Add the flour and yeast. Program 30 seconds at speed 3. If necessary, finish mixing with the spatula.

Grease a round pan with a removable bottom with butter and spread the liquid caramel on the bottom. Arrange the pineapple slices (well drained) over the caramel. Reserve the pineapple syrup.

Pour the cake batter over the pineapple slices and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If it starts to get too dark, place a sheet of aluminum foil over it.

Remove from the oven, let cool (about 10 minutes) and carefully unmold, so that the pineapple and syrup are on top.


8.

For a moister cake, prick the surface of the cake with a toothpick and drizzle with pineapple syrup to taste.
