Potato Terrine for Easter Recipe


Ingredients



600 g of potatoes

1 egg

100g grated cheese

150g of ham cut into cubes

salt

pepper

nutmeg

4 boiled eggs





Preparation


Peel, cut the potatoes into slices and cook (boil) them in water and salt.


Remove from heat. Mash the potatoes. Add the raw egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.


Now add the diced ham and grated cheese. Grease the pan well and sprinkle with flour.


Pour half of the mixture into the pan and press down firmly.


Place the 4 boiled eggs in the center of the pan in a row (see photo). Cover with the rest of the mixture and press again, leaving the dough very smooth.


Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Wait for it to cool before unmolding.


Easter potato errine ready to serve!
