 Parmesan Onion Chips: Super Crispy and Easy to Make, Recipe


Ingredients


1 yellow onion (large)

70 g grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings of your choice (here, paprika and herbes de Provence)




Preparation


Cut the onion into thin slices with a knife or mandoline.


Arrange the grated Parmesan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Arrange the onion slices over the parmesan.


Season with spices (we chose paprika and herbes de Provence).


Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C and let cool outside the oven for an extremely crispy result. And it's ready!
