Lemon ice cream, a refreshing dessert Recipe
Lemon ice cream, made from lemon, sugar, water and egg whites, is a refreshing recipe, ideal for hot days. You can use the lemon peel as a small bowl when serving.
Ingredients

2 lemons
80 gr of sugar
175 ml of water
1 egg white
1 teaspoon icing sugar
Preparation
Cut the tops off the lemons and gently remove the juice/juice, without hurting the lemons. Then remove all the pulp so that you only have the skin. Refrigerate.
Put the sugar and water to boil. Then add lemon juice and freeze for 3 hours.
Add the egg white and icing sugar. Hit snow/castle.
Take the juice/sugar/water mixture out of the freezer and add the egg whites. Mix gently without breaking the egg white.
Place in the freezer/refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this time, remove and mix gently. It's okay if there is liquid at the bottom of the bowl, the mixture will be homogeneous in the end. Repeat this operation 1 to 2 times.
Fill the lemons like prepared ice cream. There will still be ice cream left. for 3 or 4 more servings.
