Honey Bread Recipe


Ingredients


500 g wheat flour

100 g corn semolina

1 c. tea baking powder

1 c. cinnamon powder soup

1 c. fennel soup

250 g white sugar

150 g melted butter

Zest and juice of 1 orange

2 beaten eggs

50 g honey






Preparation


1.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the corn semolina, yeast, cinnamon, fennel and sugar.

Make a hole in the middle and pour in the melted butter, orange zest and juice, honey and eggs.


3.

Mix well until you obtain a smooth, soft dough. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.


4.

Shape the dough into rolls and place them on baking trays lined with baking paper.


5.

Brush the cornbread with egg yolk and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
