Ingredients


1 lemon (green or yellow)

½ tbsp. powdered ginger tea

½ tbsp. turmeric powder tea

1 pinch of black pepper

200 ml (1 cup) of warm water

To sweeten:

1 tbsp. honey tea (optional)






Preparation


Juice the lemon and put it in a glass.

Add ginger + turmeric + pepper.

Pour in the warm water. Mix everything until incorporated. If you prefer, sweeten with honey.

Drink immediately. Preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
