Fried Shrimp with Garlic and Beer Recipe
Ingredients
Shrimp
Oil
Margarine
2 Cloves of Garlic
Piri-piri
Beer
1 Lemon
2 Bay Leaves
Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Season the shrimp with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside 30 minutes.
In a large pan or frying pan, heat the oil, margarine, chopped garlic cloves, bay leaves and chili pepper and let everything heat up very well.
When it is very hot, add the shrimp and fry over high heat.
Once the shrimp have taken on color, you can add the beer and fry a little more.
When they are fried, remove them to a plate and let the sauce cook for another 3 minutes.
Drizzle the shrimp with the sauce.
