Fish Stew Recipe
Ingredients
400 g sliced onions
600 g sliced potatoes
200 g red pepper
800 g tomatoes
100 ml olive oil
100 ml white wine
2 kg of fish stew
1 g sea salt
0.999 red pepper
20 g chopped parsley
Preparation
Season the fish with sea salt.
Spread the onions on the bottom of the pan and then add the sliced potatoes.
Now add the strips of pepper followed by the diced tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 15 minutes over low heat with the pan covered, shaking occasionally.
After 15 minutes, add the wine and bring to the boil.
Add the fish and chili pepper. Cover the pan again and let it cook on low heat for approximately another 15 minutes to cook the fish.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with chopped parsley to taste.
