 Fish and Shrimp Gratin with Peas Recipe


Ingredients


2 hake fillets

300 g cooked and peeled shrimp

q.s. salt

q.s. ground black pepper

1 tablespoon of vegetable cream

150 g cooked canned peas

500 ml white sauce

1 packet of Knorr Seafood Cream (72 g)

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese





Cooking methods


Season the fish and shrimp with salt and pepper.


Heat a spoonful of vegetable cream in a frying pan and cook the fish and shrimp for about 4 minutes, turning and flaking the fish.


Add the peas and mix.


In a bowl, combine the white sauce with the contents of the Knorr Seafood Cream package and mix with a wire whisk.


Add the sauce to the pan and mix. Bring to a boil.


Place the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.


Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
