Easter Folar
250ml (milliliters) of Milk
1 packet of Vahiné Baker's Yeast
2 beaten eggs
500g (grams) of T65 Wheat Flour
110g (grams) of Sugar
1 teaspoon of fine salt
1 teaspoon of powdered fennel
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
100g (grams) of melted margarine
Boiled eggs for decoration (I boiled them in water seasoned with salt and onion leaves)
1 beaten egg for brushing
Preparation
Place the ingredients in the MFP in the order described above.
Select the "Kneading" program.
Finally, remove the dough from the pan and, using a little flour, form a folar.
Place the boiled eggs and decorate with strips of dough on top.
Brush the folar with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 to 35 minutes.
