Cold Tuna Pie with Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
4 ounces Mashed Potatoes
150 ml semi-skimmed milk
4 boiled eggs
200 g grated carrot
100 g mayonnaise
250 g tuna in olive oil
400 ml of water
Preparation
Prepare the mashed potatoes with milk, water and a teaspoon of salt, as indicated in the instructions on the package, and let it cool a little.
Place the puree on a plate with a 18-20cm shape.
Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Spread the crumbled tuna and spread another thin layer of mayonnaise on top.
Spread the remaining puree and then cover with another layer of mayonnaise and the grated carrot on top.
Separate the whites from the yolks of the boiled egg and chop both. First spread a layer of chopped egg whites and finish with the egg yolks.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
