Chocolate Mousse with Condensed Milk Recipe
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
5 eggs
1 bar of Dark Chocolate
50 g butter
Preparation
Start by melting it together with the butter, in a bain-marie. Let it cool.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Place the egg yolks in a bowl and mix in the condensed milk and melted chocolate, and beat.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add them to the previous preparation, mixing carefully.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve in a bowl decorated to taste.
